You did install Windows 11 properly, but otherwise have somehow damaged the UEFI partition, or your system's bootloader is missing the reference to where the UEFI partition is.To use Windows 11 on a VM in Virtual Box 7.0.x, you need to make sure that enable for the VM 1) IOAPIC, 2) EFI 3)Secure Boot, and 4) TPM emulation among other things. You did not install Windows 11 properly, or have not configured the VM properly to install / boot Windows 11.Your images, as other posters have pointed out, just show the UEFI Bootscreen this suggests a number of possibilities.
